The 2005 New Hampshire Growers' Dinner series moves to Manchester to Cotton restaurant on August 23. Chef /Owner, Jeff Paige has created delicious dinner options featuring products from nearby New Hampshire farms. Growers' Dinners are promotional events coordinated by the New Hampshire Farm to Restaurant Connection, a program linking New Hampshire farms with New Hampshire restaurants. The dinner at Cotton on August 23rd is the fourth in a series of dinners scheduled from June through October at several restaurant locations around the state.

Growers' Dinners highlight local farm products and producers and the talented chefs who create special dishes featuring these New Hampshire products. Menus are created to promote the event, and to use as on-going public relations for both the farms and participating restaurants. These programs also help to build awareness among the public for the quality, variety and availability of local products throughout New Hampshire. Both consumers and businesses are encouraged to purchase and enjoy New Hampshire's own whenever possible.

The August 23rd Dinner is served from 5 pm to 9 pm. Guests can order from the menu, choosing from Chef Paige's savory creations utilizing seasonal berries, vegetables, cheese, lamb and pork.

Reservations are recommended. For dinner details, call Cotton at 622-5488.
